Order & Delivery

Thank you for your interest in the KF4 water polo training shot clock. You can ask for a quotation in the Buy page. We will reply with the total price, which include the discount, if applicable, as well as the delivery charges and payment details. 

 

Please note that payment of applicable tax (e.g. VAT) is buyer’s responsibilities. Buyer will be asked to pay the taxes required by the country of destination when the timer is delivered.

 

We will assemble your shot clock upon confirmation of your order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks of assembling time as the parts come from different places from many countries. And will deliver the timer to you when we finish the assembling. We will also provide you with information regarding the delivery.

Cash on Delivery (in Singapore only)

Kindly contact us to arrange for mutually convenient collection date and time. The default collection venue is at the vicinity of Farrer Road MRT (subway) station unless otherwise stated. Please prepare the full payment in Singapore dollars upon collection.

 

Paypal / Credit Card payment

We accept payment via paypal and credit card from our payment page. Please indicate the order number and name and telephone number of he contact person in the payment information.

Warranty & Support

Purchase of the KF4 shot clock comes with a 14 months warranty period from the date of delivery. Please note that the warranty on the shot clock and accessories does not cover the following damages:

  • Due to negligence and carelessness

  • Due to unauthorized tampering and modification

  • Due to external causes such as impact on hard floor or from ball, accidents, fire, voltage surges, entering of water, exposing to extreme heat and cold, etc.

 

All claims of warranty must be initiated with an immediate email KF4@waterpolo30.com notification on the defects and causes.

 

Please take note that the warranty does not cover shipping costs.
